are there ever disagreements when it comes to songwriting and arranging your music? how do you go about working things out?

never. we always get along. psych!

if we didn’t disagree and sometimes fight it would mean we weren’t being honest with each other. we’re more or less in a 4-way marriage so communication is key. we’re also a democracy so that means sometimes you get overruled and you just have to get over it. you win some, you lose some, and it’s often an exercise in humility, but we do strive to always honor and respect each other’s ideas.

sometimes we go to bed mad. but then we play a show together and remember why we love this band so much and all’s right with the world again. playing a show is the equivalent of make-up sex. 😉
