The Rescues, beloved LA band and Tony-nominated composers and orchestrators of The Lost Boys: A New Musical, are a sonic embodiment of the ideal “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” When Kyler England, AG, and Gabriel Mann – three accomplished singer-songwriters in their own right– joined forces in 2008, they quickly became hometown favorites at Los Angeles’ legendary proving ground, the Hotel Café. And soon they were signed to Universal Republic Records, where they released their 2010 album Let Loose the Horses to critical acclaim.
The Rescues are known for their transcendent live performances, breathtaking harmonies, unforgettable, moving songs, and an inexplicable chemistry. Their songs have soundtracked memorable moments all over film and television, and the band has continued to release records and play sold-out shows. Most recently, The Rescues composed and orchestrated the score and songs for the 12-time Tony-nominated The Lost Boys: A New Musical, a stage adaptation of the 1987 cult-classic film, and were nominated twice for Best Score and Best Orchestrations. They are smitten with the world of Broadway and are currently diving into their next musical theater dream project.
